The Executive Committee serves as the board of ARECA Insurance Management, the attorney-in-fact for ARECA Insurance Exchange. The AIM board manages the operations of the exchange and are elected annually by the members of the exchange to serve terms of one year.

The Investment Review Committee (IRC) reviews, on a quarterly basis, a summary report on AIE’s investment portfolio, activities and practices and determines if they are consistent with the exchange’s written investment policy.

IRC members are appointed by the AIE Board of Trustees and serve a term of 1 year.

The Audit and Risk Committee helps the ARECA Insurance Management Board of Directors fulfill its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the enterprise risk management program, the system of internal controls, the audit process and AIE’s compliance with laws and regulations.
