The APA Federal Legislative Conference brings a small group of members to Washington, D.C. for meetings with Alaska’s congressional delegation and with officials from executive branch departments and agencies. The trip is our change to tell the story of Alaska’s electric utilities to decision makers in the nation’s capital.
